Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu vnitropodnikové směrnice zásob společnosti Control Techniques Brno s.r.o. Práce je rozčleněna na tři části – teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. První část vymezuje teoretická východiska pro tvorbu vnitropodnikové směrnice. Definuje vnitřní předpisy, účetnictví a zásoby. Druhá část popisuje základní údaje o společnosti, zabývá se její finanční analýzou a aktuálním stavem směrnic. V poslední části bakalářské práce je navržena aktualizovaná vnitropodniková směrnice týkající se problematiky zásob. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of an internal inventory policy for the company Control Techniques Brno s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal section. The first part defines theoretical foundations for the creation of the internal policy. It outlines internal policies, accounting and inventory. The second section provides basic information about the company, examines its financial analysis and reviews the current status of its internal policies. The last part of the bachelor's thesis proposes an updated internal inventory policy.
