Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a hodnocení výkonnosti vybraného podniku. Struktura práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům problematiky, objasňuje podstatu finanční analýzy a představuje její základní metody. Ve druhé části je provedena samotná analýza finanční situace vybraného podniku a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků na základě metod uvedených v teoretické části. Třetí část práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení směřující ke zlepšení finanční situace s cílem zvýšit efektivnost a celkovou výkonnost podniku. The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the performance of a selected company. The structure of the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the issue, explains the essence of financial analysis, and presents its basic methods. The second part contains the actual analysis of the financial situation of the selected company and the evaluation of the achieved results based on the methods presented in the theoretical part. The third part of the thesis includes proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the financial situation in order to increase the efficiency and overall performance of the company
