Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na ekonomickou situaci strojírenské firmy Ostroj, a.s. Zahrnuje finanční analýzu zaměřenou na vnitřní prostředí podniku a ekonomickou analýzu, která hodnotí externí vlivy působící na firmu. Specifikuje, co zahrnuje finanční a ekonomická analýza a srovnává teoretické poznatky se skutečným stavem firmy. Obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace, který povede ke stabilitě firmy a dalšímu růstu. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the economic situation of the engineering company Ostroj, a.s. It includes a financial analysis centered on the internal environment of the enterprise and an economic analysis evaluating the external factors that affect the company. The thesis specifies what financial and economic analyses entail and compares theoretical knowledge with the actual state of the company. Finally, it provides proposals for improving the financial situation, which will lead to the company's stability and further growth.
