Tato diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením rizik spojených s pohybem letadel na pohybových plochách letiště v souladu s principy systému řízení bezpečnosti. Cílem práce je identifikace nebezpečí, analýza a posouzení rizik a návrh opatření vedoucích ke snížení jejich dopadů na bezpečnost leteckého provozu. Práce shrnuje legislativní požadavky, charakteristiku letištních ploch a principy systému řízení bezpečnosti. Součástí je také přehled vybraných incidentů a nehod na letištních plochách. Praktická část je zaměřena na případovou studii, ve které bylo provedeno posouzení rizik za použití metodiky HAZID v rámci systému řízení bezpečnosti s využitím matice rizik dle ICAO. This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of risks associated with aircraft movement on airport movement areas in accordance with the principles of the Safety Management System. The aim of the thesis is to identify hazards, analyse and assess risks, and propose measures to mitigate their impact on air traffic safety. The thesis summarizes legislative requirements, characteristics of airport movement areas and the principles of the Safety Management System. It also includes an overview of selected incidents and accidents on airport movement areas. The practical section focuses on a case study in which a risk assessment was conducted using the HAZID methodology within the Safety Management System, using a risk matrix in accordance with ICAO standards.
