Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá posúdením a návrhom zmien informačného systému podniku pôsobiaceho v oblasti zdravotného poistenia. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá definovaním základných pojmov z oblasti informačných systémov a použitých analytických metód. Analytická časť je zameraná na zhodnotenie súčasného stavu podniku a informačného systému. V poslednej časti sú na základe vykonaných analýz navrhnuté opatrenia zamerané na zlepšenie súčasného stavu. This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment and proposal of changes to the information system of a company operating in the field of health insurance. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts of information systems and the applied analytical methods. The analytical part is aimed at evaluating the current state of the company and its information system. In the final part, based on the conducted analyses, measures aimed at improving the current state of the system are proposed.
