Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve veřejném a soukromém sektoru. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, příslušnou legislativu a účetní a daňové dopady. V analytické části je provedena analýza systému poskytovaných benefitů obou subjektů a jejich následná komparace. Návrhová část představuje doporučení na změny a jejich související náklady a přínosy. The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of employee benefits in the public and private sectors. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts, relevant legislation and accounting and tax impacts. The analytical part analyses the system of benefits provided by both entities and their subsequent comparison. The proposal part presents recommendations for changes and their associated costs and benefits.
