Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací interní IT wiki pro neziskovou organizaci Czechitas. Cílem je vytvořit centralizované úložiště IT znalostí dostupné všem zaměstnancům, které jim umožní samostatně řešit technické problémy bez nutnosti kontaktovat IT oddělení. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy z oblasti znalostního managementu, informační architektury a technického psaní, analytická část mapuje současný stav a identifikuje nedostatky. Praktická část zahrnuje vybudování wiki na platformě Google Sites s devíti sekcemi, vizuálním designem dle firemního manuálu a integrací s Google Workspace. Výsledkem je funkční wiki připravená k nasazení jako jednotný zdroj pravdy pro zaměstnance organizace. This bachelor's thesis covers the design and implementation of an internal IT wiki for the non-profit organization Czechitas. The goal is to create a centralized IT knowledge repository accessible to all employees, enabling them to resolve everyday technical issues independently without contacting the IT department. The theoretical part defines key concepts in knowledge management, information architecture, and technical writing, while the analytical part maps the current state and identifies main shortcomings. The practical part focuses on building the wiki using Google Sites, featuring a nine-section information architecture, visual design aligned with the company's identity guidelines, and integration with the Google Workspace ecosystem. The result is a fully functional internal IT wiki ready for deployment, serving as a single source of truth for the organization's employees.
