Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení finanční situace podniku Vybraná společnost v letech 2020–2024 a návrhy na její zlepšení. Práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných finančních ukazatelů, a to zejména pomocí absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Součástí práce je rovněž aplikace bankrotních modelů, konkrétně Altmanova modelu a indexu IN05. Dále je práce doplněna o strategické analýzy, konkrétně PESTLE analýzu, SWOT analýzu a Porterův model pěti sil. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce formulovány návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating the financial situation of the company Vybraná společnost between 2020 and 2024 and proposes measures for its improvement. The thesis deals with the analysis of selected financial indicators, using primarily absolute, differential and ratio indicators. The thesis also includes the application of bankruptcy models, specifically the Altman model and the IN05 index. The thesis is also supplemented by strategic analyses, specifically the PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces model. Based on the conducted analyses, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the financial situation are formulated in the conclusion of the thesis.
