Tato práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými aspekty fungování společenství vlastníků jednotek. Identifikuje pravidla vedení účetnictví, daňové povinnosti vyplývající z platné právní úpravy i postavení společenství z pohledu účetních a daňových předpisů. Součástí práce je rozbor relevantní legislativy upravující činnost společenství vlastníků jednotek a identifikace problematických oblastí, které se v praxi objevují. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na řešení vybraných účetních a daňových operací. Na konkrétních příkladech jsou demonstrovány postupy účtování a související daňové dopady. Tato část slouží i jako metodický návod pro aplikaci jednotlivých postupů v praxi. This thesis examines the accounting and tax aspects of the operation of associations of unit owners. It outlines the accounting rules, tax obligations arising from applicable legislation, and the position of associations of unit owners from the perspective of accounting and tax regulations. The thesis also includes an analysis of the relevant legislation governing the activities of associations of unit owners and identifies problematic areas commonly encountered in practice. The practical part of the thesis focuses on selected accounting and tax transactions. Specific examples are used to demonstrate accounting procedures and their related tax implications. This section also serves as a methodological guide for the practical application of individual procedures.
