Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby dvougeneračního rodinného domu a vypracováním příslušné projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Samostatně stojící objekt je situován na rovinatém pozemku v obci Lhánice. Z konstrukčního a dispozičního hlediska se jedná o budovu s jedním podzemním a dvěma nadzemními podlažími, jejíž půdorys tvoří tvar písmene Z. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovými plochými střechami, které jsou zčásti řešeny jako extenzivní vegetační a zčásti jako pochozí terasa s mrazuvzdornou dlažbou. Vstup do domu je orientován ze severní strany. Vnitřní uspořádání je provozně rozděleno na dvě samostatné bytové jednotky, které zajišťují komfortní a nezávislé bydlení s celkovou projektovanou kapacitou až 8 osob. První nadzemní podlaží zahrnuje jednotku pro prarodiče, denní obytnou zónu větší rodinné jednotky a vestavěnou dvojgaráž. Druhé nadzemní podlaží slouží jako klidová zóna s ložnicemi a hygienickým zázemím pro rodinu. Obytné místnosti jsou orientovány převážně na jižní stranu, čímž je zajištěno dostatečné proslunění interiéru. V suterénu je umístěno technické a skladovací zázemí budovy. Nosný systém vrchní stavby je navržen jako stěnový zděný z keramických bloků, suterén je železobetonový. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky. Obvodový plášť nadzemní části je opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS s izolantem z minerální vaty. Objekt je osazen velkoformátovými hliníkovými okny s izolačním trojsklem. This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a newly built two-generation family house and the elaboration of the corresponding project documentation for the execution of the construction. The detached building is situated on a flat plot in the municipality of Lhánice. From a structural and layout perspective, it is a building with one underground and two above-ground floors, featuring a Z-shaped floor plan. The building is covered by single-skin flat roofs, partly designed as extensive green roofs and partly as a walkable terrace with frost-resistant paving. The entrance to the house is oriented from the north side. The internal layout is operationally divided into two separate residential units, ensuring comfortable and independent living with a total projected capacity of up to 8 people. The first above-ground floor includes a unit for grandparents, the daytime living zone of the larger family unit, and a built-in double garage. The second above-ground floor serves as a quiet zone with bedrooms and sanitary facilities for the family. The living rooms are predominantly oriented to the south, ensuring sufficient natural sunlight in the interior. The technical and storage facilities of the building are located in the basement. The load-bearing system of the superstructure is designed as a masonry wall system made of ceramic blocks, while the basement is made of reinforced concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building envelope of the above-ground part is equipped with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) using mineral wool insulation. The building is fitted with large-format aluminum windows with triple glazing.
