V úvodu této bakalářské práce se pojednává o základních principech a definicích mikrofluidiky. Práce rovněž rozebírá výrobní procesy a materiálovou problematiku mikrofluidních čipů. Teoretická část také zahrnuje popis nejčastěji využívaných regulátorů průtoku a analyzuje možnosti automatizace a využití miniaturních solenoidových ventilů v mikrofluidních systémech. V rámci praktické části byla realizována desktopová aplikace s grafickým rozhraním, jež komunikuje s řídicí jednotkou Raspberry Pi 5. Ta zajišťuje obsluhu komerčních stříkačkových pump NE-1000 a současně prostřednictvím navržené desky plošných spojů ovládá miniaturní solenoidové ventily. Na závěr byl celý systém otestován pomocí modelového experimentu.
The introduction of this bachelor thesis discusses the fundamental principles and definitions of microfluidics. The thesis also analyzes the manufacturing processes and material aspects of microfluidic chips. The theoretical part includes a description of the most commonly used flow regulators and analyzes the possibilities for automation and the application of miniature solenoid valves in microfluidic systems. In the practical part, a desktop application with a graphical user interface was developed, which communicates with a Raspberry Pi 5 control unit. This unit handles the operation of commercial NE-1000 syringe pumps and simultaneously controls miniature solenoid valves via a custom-designed printed circuit board. Finally, the entire system was tested using a model experiment.
