Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů projektového managementu při návrhu implementace informačního systému v církevní organizaci, konkrétně v organizačním týmu mládežnické akce. Práce nejprve vymezuje teoretická východiska projektového managementu, přičemž ve druhé části analyzuje současný stav správy dat v organizačním týmu. Na základě analyzovaných nedostatků a teoretických východisek je následně zpracován návrh řešení ve formě projektového plánu připraveného k realizaci. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the application of project management tools in the design of an information system implementation within a church organization, specifically in the organizational team of a youth event. The thesis first defines the theoretical foundations of project management, followed by an analysis of the current state of data management within the organizational team. Based on the identified shortcomings and the theoretical background, a proposed solution is subsequently developed in the form of a project plan prepared for implementation.
