Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu s provozovnou kadeřnictví. Objekt se nachází na mírně svažitém pozemku na okraji obce Havlíčkova Borová. Novostavba je navržena jako samostatně stojící budova se dvěma nadzemními a jedním částečným podzemním podlažím, tvořící architektonický i provozní celek. Cílem práce bylo navržení objektu, který efektivně propojuje komfortní bydlení pro pětičlennou rodinu s provozovnou kadeřnictví, jejíž provoz je uvažován jako neveřejný (pouze pro objednané zákazníky), a integrovanou garáží pro dva osobní automobily. Dispozice obytné části je rozdělena na společenskou zónu (1. NP), klidovou zónu (2. NP) a technicko-provozní zázemí v suterénu. Provozovna kadeřnictví je navržena s důrazem na bezbariérový přístup pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu. Z konstrukčního hlediska je objekt založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Svislé nosné konstrukce suterénu jsou navrženy z betonových tvarovek ztraceného bednění, nadzemní podlaží jsou vyzděna z keramických tvárnic typu Therm. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří monolitické železobetonové desky. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou s extenzivní vegetační vrstvou. Obvodový plášť je opatřen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem (ETICS). Stavba je navržena v energetickém standardu budovy s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie (nZEB). The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house with a hairdressing salon. The building is located on a gently sloping plot on the outskirts of the village of Havlíčkova Borová. The new building is designed as a detached structure with two above-ground floors and one partial basement, forming both an architectural and operational unit. The aim of the work was to design a building that effectively combines comfortable living for a family of five with a hairdressing salon, the operation of which is intended to be private (by appointment only), and an integrated garage for two passenger cars. The layout of the residential part is divided into a social zone (1st floor), a private zone (2nd floor), and a technical-operational base in the basement. The hairdressing salon is designed with an emphasis on barrier-free access for persons with reduced mobility. From a structural point of view, the building is founded on plain concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures of the basement are designed from stay-in-place concrete formwork blocks, while the above-ground floors are built from Therm-type ceramic blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building is covered by a single-layer flat roof with an extensive vegetation layer. The external envelope is equipped with an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS). The building is designed to the energy standard of a nearly Zero-Energy Building (nZEB).
