Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zhodnotením súčasnej situácie spoločnosti Trans HEXAGONE s.r.o. v rokoch 2020 – 2024 a návrhmi možností jej ďalšieho rozvoja. Firma bola analyzovaná vybranými metódami finančnej analýzy, ďalej boli vykonané analýzy PESTLE, Porterov model, SWOT analýza a analýza vozového parku. Na základe zistených poznatkov boli formulované návrhy a odporúčania smerujúce k zlepšeniu finančnej situácie a posilneniu postavenia spoločnosti na trhu. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the current situation of Trans HEXAGONE s.r.o. in the years 2020–2024 and proposals for its further development. The company was analysed using selected methods of financial analysis; furthermore, PESTLE analysis, Porter’s model, SWOT analysis, and fleet analysis were carried out. Based on the findings, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the company’s financial situation and strengthening its market position were formulated.
