Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a vývojem dashboardu pro řízení dopravy v kontextu inteligentních dopravních systémů. Práce vychází z teoretických poznatků z oblasti informačních systémů, dopravního managementu, klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti, vizualizace dat a návrhu uživatelských rozhraní. V analytické části je vymezeno firemní prostředí, cíloví uživatelé, implementační strategie a dostupné nástroje pro tvorbu dashboardů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na návrh a prototypové ověření řešení v nástrojích Grafana, Apache Superset a React. Součástí práce je také porovnání ověřených variant, ekonomické zhodnocení a doporučení dalšího rozvoje. This diploma thesis focuses on the design and development of a dashboard for traffic management in the context of intelligent transport systems. The thesis builds on theoretical knowledge from the fields of information systems, traffic management, key performance indicators, data visualization, and user interface design. The analytical part defines the corporate environment, target users, implementation strategy, and available tools for dashboard development. The practical part focuses on the design and prototype verification of solutions using Grafana, Apache Superset, and React. The thesis also includes a comparison of the verified variants, an economic evaluation, and recommendations for further development.
