Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných firemních procesů ve společnosti CHPP s.r.o. se zaměřením na projektové řízení, ekonomiku zakázek a informační podporu řízení. Součástí práce je analýza současného stavu společnosti prostřednictvím procesní analýzy, modelu McKinsey 7S a ekonomického posouzení podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byla navržena opatření v oblasti evidence odpracovaného času, sledování ziskovosti projektů, řízení cash-flow a standardizace workflow procesů. Navržená řešení vycházejí z praktických potřeb společnosti a jsou koncipována s důrazem na jejich realizovatelnost a podporu další digitalizace řízení podniku. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of selected business processes in CHPP s.r.o., with emphasis on project management, project economics and information support for management. The thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the company using process analysis, the McKinsey 7S model and an economic evaluation of the enterprise. Based on the identified findings, measures were proposed in the areas of time tracking, project profitability monitoring, cash-flow management and workflow standardization. The proposed solutions reflect the practical needs of the company and are designed with an emphasis on feasibility and support for further digitalization of company management.
