Bakalářská práce hodnotí finanční a ekonomickou výkonnost společnosti Rascal Bikes s. r. o. v letech 2020–2024. Cílem je posoudit finanční zdraví podniku v kontextu výkyvů na trhu s prémiovou dětskou cyklistikou a navrhnout opatření pro jeho stabilizaci. Analýza účetních dat (pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a bonitních modelů) odhalila, že ačkoliv podnik generuje rekordní tržby, potýká se s klesající ziskovou marží a negativním působením finanční páky z důvodu vysokého úrokového zatížení. Navržená opatření proto zahrnují restrukturalizaci cizích zdrojů pro okamžité snížení úrokových nákladů, zavedení B2B předobjednávkového systému pro zkrácení doby obratu zásob a implementaci cirkulárního „buy-back“ programu. Tato řešení prokazatelně uvolňují vázaný pracovní kapitál a vedou k obnově celkové rentability společnosti. This bachelor thesis evaluates the financial and economic performance of Rascal Bikes s.r.o. between the years 2020 and 2024. The aim is to assess the company's financial health within the context of market fluctuations in the premium children's cycling segment and to propose measures for its stabilization. An analysis of accounting data (using financial ratios and solvency models) revealed that although the company generates record revenues, it struggles with a declining profit margin and the negative effect of financial leverage due to a high interest burden. The proposed measures therefore include the restructuring of debt to immediately reduce interest costs, the introduction of a B2B pre-order system to shorten the inventory turnover period, and the implementation of a circular "buy-back" program. These solutions demonstrably release tied-up working capital and lead to the restoration of the company's overall profitability.
