Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje automatizacím ve firemním prostředí, konkrétně procesu žádostí o rekreační příspěvky ve společnosti Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech. Cílem práce je nahradit stávající manuální postupy moderním digitálním řešením, které sníží chybovost a zvýší efektivitu schvalování. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy z oblasti procesního řízení, notace BPMN a Low-code vývoje na platformě Microsoft Power Platform. V analytické části je pomocí metod SWOT a McKinsey 7S zhodnoceno prostředí firmy a podrobně zmapován původní proces. Návrhová část pak popisuje samotnou implementaci automatizovaného workflow v nástrojích Power Automate a SharePoint, včetně analýzy rizik metodou RIPRAN a ekonomického vyhodnocení projektu. This thesis focuses on business process automation, specifically the process for requesting recreation allowances at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech. The thesis aims to replace existing manual procedures with a modern digital solution that will reduce the error rate and increase the efficiency of the approval process. The theoretical section defines key concepts in process management, BPMN notation, and low-code development on the Microsoft Power Platform. In the analytical section, the company’s environment is assessed using the SWOT and McKinsey 7S methods, and the original process is mapped in detail. The design section then describes the actual implementation of the automated workflow in Power Automate and SharePoint, including a risk analysis using the RIPRAN method and an economic evaluation of the project.
