Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti působící v oblasti průmyslové automatizace. Na základě provedených analýz jsou identifikována slabá místa a navržena opatření vedoucí k jejich zlepšení. Teoretická část vymezuje základní poznatky a východiska související s danou problematikou, na které navazuje praktická část zaměřená na aplikaci vybraných nástrojů strategické, finanční a provozní analýzy na data společnosti za období 2020–2024. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje soubor návrhů a doporučení podporujících dlouhodobě udržitelný rozvoj zkoumané společnosti. This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of a company operating in the field of industrial automation. Based on the conducted analyses, weaknesses are identified and measures aimed at their improvement are proposed. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and theoretical background related to the topic, followed by the practical part, which applies selected tools of strategic, financial, and operational analysis to the company’s data from the period 2020–2024. The final part of the thesis presents a set of proposals and recommendations supporting the long-term sustainable development of the examined company.
