Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a optimalizací systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti s ohledem na preference generací. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy personalistiky. Praktická část analyzuje systém Cafeteria a pomocí dotazníkového šetření identifikuje generační potřeby. Návrhová část obsahuje opatření jako úprava stravného, zřízení vzdělávacího fondu či vytvoření průvodce čerpáním benefitů. Tato řešení úspěšně propojují poptávku zaměstnanců s ekonomickými možnostmi podniku. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the employee benefit system in a selected company, taking into account generational preferences. The theoretical part defines key concepts of personnel management. The practical part analyzes the Cafeteria system and identifies generational needs through a questionnaire survey. The proposal part includes measures such as adjusting the meal allowance, establishing an educational fund, or creating a benefit guide. These solutions successfully connect employee demand with the company's economic capabilities.
