Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití metod projektového řízení při návrhu implementace webového informačního systému. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy nezbytné pro pochopení problematiky projektového managementu. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu společnosti Špagetárna s. r. o. a posouzení současného stavu technického řešení jejích procesů. Třetí část představuje návrh řešení vytvořený s využitím nástrojů a metod projektového řízení. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the application of project management methods in the design and implementation of a web-based information system. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical section defines the basic concepts necessary for understanding project management. The second part contains an analysis of Špagetárna s. r. o. and an assessment of the current state of the technical solution for its processes. The third part presents a proposed solution developed using project management tools and methods.
