Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby rodinného domu, který je situován ve svahu. Objekt má dvě nadzemní podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží, z něhož je umožněn vstup na rekreační část pozemku. Rodinný dům je založen na základových pásech a zastřešen pultovou a částečně plochou střechou. U objektu je navrhnutý přístřešek pro parkování dvou osobních automobilů. Konstrukční systém je tvořen keramickými tvárnicemi typu THERM s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou řešeny železobetonovými stropními deskami. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of a part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house situated on sloping terrain. The building consists of two above-ground storeys and one underground storey, from which access to the recreational part of the plot is provided. The family house is founded on strip foundations and roofed with a mono-pitched roof and a partially flat roof. A carport for two passenger cars is designed adjacent to the building. The structural system is made of THERM ceramic blocks with an ETICS external thermal insulation composite system. The horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs.
