Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení finanční situace společnosti Pivovar Svijany, a.s. prostřednictvím nástrojů strategické a finanční analýzy. Úvodní část práce vymezuje teoretická východiska potřebná pro zpracování analýzy podniku a představuje vybrané metody a nástroje využité pro jeho komplexní hodnocení. Následující část se zabývá charakteristikou společnosti a analýzou její finanční situace, postavení na trhu a konkurenčního prostředí. Na základě dosažených výsledků jsou v závěrečné části navržena konkrétní opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční stability, efektivity hospodaření a dlouhodobé konkurenceschopnosti podniku. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Pivovar Svijany, a.s. using strategic and financial analysis tools. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical background necessary for the analysis of the company and presents selected methods and tools used for its comprehensive evaluation. The next part focuses on the characteristics of the company and the analysis of its financial situation, market position, and competitive environment. Based on the obtained results, the final part proposes specific measures aimed at improving the financial stability, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness of the company.
