Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí u pacientů po plánovaném laparoskopickém výkonu žlučníku a kýly se zaměřením na ošetřovatelské intervence a edukační roli všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část práce shrnuje problematiku onemocnění žlučníku a kýl, jejich operační řešení a zásady předoperační a pooperační péče. Dále se věnuje významu edukace pacienta v jednotlivých fázích perioperační péče. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké ošetřovatelské intervence provádějí sestry u pacientů po plánovaném laparoskopickém výkonu žlučníku a kýly a současně zjistit, v jakých oblastech jsou tito pacienti edukováni. Výzkumná část byla realizována kvalitativní metodou pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 10 všeobecnými sestrami na chirurgickém oddělení. Rozhovory byly doslovně přepsány a analyzovány. Z analýzy výsledků vznikly 4 kategorie - monitorace, intervence, potřeby pacienta a edukace. Výsledky poukazují na význam komplexní ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po plánovaných laparoskopických výkonech žlučníku a kýly, která zahrnuje jak realizaci ošetřovatelských intervencí, tak edukaci pacienta. Zjištění ukazují, že sestry se v praxi zaměřují především na sledování zdravotního stavu, péči o operační ránu, prevenci komplikací a podporu časné mobilizace. Edukace je nedílnou součástí této péče, avšak bylo zjištěno, že sestry edukují spíše obecně a konkrétní situace, jako například možnost výskytu déle trvajícího průjmu nebo postcholecystektomického syndromu do své edukace nezařazují. Výsledky poukazují na důležitost propojení ošetřovatelských intervencí s cílenou a systematickou edukací, která podporuje informovanost pacienta, jeho spolupráci a bezpečný průběh rekonvalescence. Získaná data mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení edukačních postupů a zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče v klinické praxi. The bachelor thesis focuses on nursing care for patients after planned laparoscopic gallbladder and hernia surgery, with an emphasis on nursing interventions and the educational role of the general nurse. The theoretical part summarizes the issue of gallbladder diseases and hernias, their surgical treatment, and the principles of preoperative and postoperative care. It also addresses the importance of patient education in the different phases of perioperative care. The aim of the study was to identify which nursing interventions are performed by nurses in patients after planned laparoscopic gallbladder and hernia surgery and to determine in which areas patients are educated. The research part was conducted using a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with 10 general nurses working in a surgical ward. The interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed. Four categories emerged from the data analysis - monitoring, interventions, patient needs, and education. The results highlight the importance of comprehensive nursing care for patients after planned laparoscopic procedures of gallbladder and hernia, which includes both nursing interventions and patient education. The findings show that nurses primarily focus on monitoring the patient's condition, wound care, prevention of complications, and support of early mobilization. Education is an integral part of this care; however, it has been found that nurses tend to provide rather general education and do not include specific situations - such as the possibility of prolonged diarrhea or postcholecystectomy syndrome, in their teaching. The results highlight the importance of linking nursing interventions with targeted and systematic patient education, which supports patient awareness, cooperation, and a safe recovery process. The collected data may serve as a basis for improving educational practices and enhancing the quality of nursing care in clinical practice.
