Bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebami nemocných s chronickým srdečním selháním v domácí péči. Cílem práce bylo popsat potřeby nemocných s tímto onemocněním v domácí péči. Výzkumná část práce byla realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření. Ke sběru dat byla použita metoda dotazování, konkrétně technika polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo osm informantů. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování a analyzována metodou tužka a papír. Na základě provedené analýzy vznikly čtyři kategorie a jedenáct podkategorií. Z výsledků vyplývá, že potřeby nemocných s chronickým srdečním selháním jsou individuální, avšak vzájemně propojené a zasahují do více oblastí života. Významnou roli hraje potřeba srozumitelných a prakticky využitelných informací o onemocnění, režimových opatřeních a léčbě, které pacientům pomáhají orientovat se v jejich zdravotním stavu a snižují míru nejistoty. S tím souvisí také potřeba jistoty a bezpečí, zejména v souvislosti s rozpoznáním zhoršeného zdravotního stavu a správným postupem při jeho zvládání. Onemocnění zároveň ovlivňuje schopnost zvládat běžné denní činnosti, což vede k přizpůsobení denního režimu. Důležitou oblastí jsou také psychické potřeby spojené s přijetím chronického onemocnění a zvládáním obav z budoucnosti. V neposlední řadě se ukazuje význam sociální opory, především ze strany rodiny a blízkých. Výsledky bakalářské práce mohou sloužit jako studijní materiál pro studenty nelékařských zdravotnických oborů a zároveň jako zdroj informací pro všeobecné sestry v praxi. This bachelor's thesis examines the needs of patients with chronic heart failure receiving home care. The aim of the thesis was to describe the needs of patients with this condition receiving home care. The research component of this study was conducted as a qualitative research study. Data were collected using the interview method, specifically the semi-structured interview technique. The research sample consisted of eight informants. The collected data were processed using open coding and analyzed using the pen-and-paper method. Based on the analysis, four categories and eleven subcategories were identified. The results indicate that the needs of patients with chronic heart failure are individual, yet interconnected and affect multiple areas of life. A significant role is played by the need for clear and practical information about the disease, lifestyle measures, and treatment, which helps patients understand their health condition and reduces their level of uncertainty. This is also linked to the need for certainty and security, particularly regarding the recognition of a worsening health condition and the correct approach to managing it. At the same time, the disease affects the ability to manage daily activities, leading to adjustments in daily routines. Another important area involves psychological needs related to accepting a chronic illness and managing fears about the future. Last but not least, the importance of social supportespecially from family and loved onesis evident. The findings of this bachelor's thesis can serve as study material for students in non-medical healthcare fields and as a source of information for registered nurses in their practice.
