Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím moderních technologií v ošetřovatelské péči o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak sestry vnímají moderní technologie, jaké mají zkušenosti s jejich využitím v praxi a jaké bariéry ovlivňují jejich používání v péči o tyto klienty. Metodika a výzkumný soubor: Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byly formulovány výzkumné otázky zaměřené na vnímání, zkušenosti a bariéry využívání moderních technologií v ošetřovatelské péči o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. V empirické části byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum. Data byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 10 sestrami pracujícími v domovech se zvláštním režimem pro klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán záměrně a sběr dat byl ukončen při dosažení teoretického nasycení. Data byla zpracována metodou otevřeného kódování. Výsledky: Z výsledků vyplývá, že sestry vnímají využívání moderních technologií spíše pozitivně. Za jejich hlavní přínos považují především zvýšení bezpečnosti klientů, možnost průběžného sledování jejich zdravotního stavu a také zefektivnění poskytované péče. Na základě analýzy dat byly vytvořeny 3 kategorie a 9 podkategorií. Zároveň se ukázalo, že jejich využívání je ovlivněno řadou bariér, mezi které patří nedostatečné technické vybavení, časová náročnost, nízká úroveň vzdělání personálu v této oblasti a omezené schopnosti klientů technologie využívat. Výsledky pro praxi: Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské péče o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Zároveň poukazují na potřebu podpory zavádění moderních technologií do praxe a zvyšování digitální gramotnosti zdravotnického personálu. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of modern technologies in nursing care for clients with Alzheimer's disease. The aim of the thesis was to determine how nurses perceive modern technologies, what experience they have with their use in practice, and what barriers influence their application in the care of these clients. Methods and sample: To achieve the defined aim, research questions were formulated focusing on the perception, experiences, and barriers related to the use of modern technologies in nursing care for clients with Alzheimer's disease. A qualitative research design was employed in the empirical part of the study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 10 nurses working in special care homes for clients with Alzheimer's disease. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, and data collection was terminated upon reaching theoretical saturation. The data were processed using the open coding method. Results: The results indicate that nurses perceive the use of modern technologies rather positively. Their main benefits include increased client safety, the possibility of continuous monitoring of health status, and improved efficiency of provided care. Based on data analysis, 3 categories and 9 subcategories were identified. At the same time, it was found that the use of these technologies is influenced by several barriers, including insufficient technical equipment, time demands, a low level of staff education in this area, and limited ability of clients to use technologies. Implications for practice: The results of this thesis may serve as a basis for improving nursing care for clients with Alzheimer's disease. They also highlight the need to support the implementation of modern technologies in practice and to enhance the digital literacy of healthcare staff.
