[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zvládání krizových situací v psychiatrické péči, role sester a preventivní metody. Konkrétně tedy v psychiatrických nemocnicích v jihočeském kraji. Teoretická část se zabývá současnou organizací psychiatrické péče v ČR. Dále je zaměřena na preventivní metody a následné zvládání krizových situací a roli sester v psychiatrické péči. Pozornost je taktéž kladena na etické a právní aspekty psychiatrické péče, a to v souvislosti s fyzickým zvládáním krizových situací. V neposlední řadě je pozornost také kladena na komunikaci s pacientem s duševním onemocněním. Do závěrečné části jsme zařadili kapitolu syndrom vyhoření v psychiatrické péči, jelikož tento faktor je úzce spojen s tématem bakalářské práce. Empirická část práce je zpracována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Následná vzniklá data byla zpracována pomocí otevřeného kódování, metodou tužka papír, kdy byla získaná data rozdělena do 3 kategorií a 8 podkategorií. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen celkem 9 informanty. Byly to sestry poskytující péči pacientům s duševním onemocněním, a to v zařízeních ambulantních a lůžkových. Praxe těchto sester byla v rozmezí 5 až 31 let. Výzkumný soubor byl vybrán účelovou metodou. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření plyne, že v rámci preventivních metod v souvislosti se zvládáním krizových situací, se sestry shodují, že s preventivní činností jsou na svých pracovištích spokojeny. Nejvíce využívané a nejefektivnější metody preventivní činnosti jsou komunikační techniky. Znalost a dovednost používat komunikační techniky je klíčový faktor v jejich oboru. Role dotazovaných sester je naplnění všech potřeb pacienta. Důležité také je, aby sestry ke každému pacientovi přistupovali individuálně. Většina dotazovaných sester uvedlo, že jednou z jejich rolí je role koordinátorky v rámci multidisciplinárního týmu. Již vzniklé krizové situace se řeší pomocí omezovacích technik. Tyto techniky sestry podrobně jmenují a uvádí, že nejefektivnější omezovací techniky jsou fyzické a chemické omezovací metody.This bachelor's thesis focuses on crisis management in psychiatric care, the role of nurses, and preventive methods. Specifically, it examines psychiatric hospitals in the South Bohemian Region. The theoretical section examines the current organization of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic. It further focuses on preventive methods and subsequent crisis management, as well as the role of nurses in psychiatric care. Attention is also given to the ethical and legal aspects of psychiatric care, particularly in relation to the physical management of crisis situations. Last but not least, attention is also given to communication with patients with mental illness. In the concluding section, we included a chapter on burnout syndrome in psychiatric care, as this factor is closely linked to the topic of the bachelor's thesis. The empirical part of the thesis was conducted using qualitative research with the semistructured interview technique. The resulting data were processed using open coding and the pen-and-paper method, whereby the data were divided into 3 categories and 8 subcategories. The research sample consisted of a total of 9 informants. These were nurses providing care to patients with mental illness in outpatient and inpatient settings. These nurses had between 5 and 31 years of experience. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate that, regarding preventive methods related to crisis management, the nurses agree that they are satisfied with preventive activities at their workplaces. The most frequently used and most effective methods of preventive care are communication techniques. Knowledge and the ability to use communication techniques are key factors in their field. The role of the surveyed nurses is to meet all the patient's needs. It is also important for nurses to approach each patient individually. Most of the surveyed nurses stated that one of their roles is that of a coordinator within a multidisciplinary team. Crisis situations that have already arisen are resolved using restraint techniques. The nurses list these techniques in detail and state that the most effective restraint techniques are physical and chemical restraint methods.
