Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vnímání virtuální reality studenty při výuce ošetřovatelských postupů. Virtuální realita představuje moderní technologii, která nachází širší uplatnění v oblasti vzdělávání, včetně zdravotnických oborů. Umožňuje vytvářet interaktivní a realistické simulační prostředí, v němž mohou studenti bezpečně procvičovat praktické dovednosti bez rizika ohrožení pacienta. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu "virtuální realita", jejím typům a technickým aspektům. Dále se zaměřuje na využití virtuální reality ve vzdělávacím procesu a na různé simulační metody ve výuce ošetřovatelských postupů. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak studenti vnímají virtuální realitu při výuce ošetřovatelských postupů, a analyzovat přínos virtuální reality ve výuce ošetřovatelských postupů z pohledu studentů. Pro výzkumné šetření byli vybráni studenti programu Všeobecné ošetřovatelství a Zdravotnický záchranář. V praktické části bylo stanoveno pět výzkumných otázek. Výsledky šetření ukazují, že VR je studenty vnímána jako efektivní nástroj, který slouží k propojení teoretické přípravy a klinické praxe. Hlavní přínos spočívá v posílení kognitivních dovedností, zejména v upevnění algoritmů ošetřovatelských postupů a striktním dodržování hygienických standardů v bezpečném, kontrolovaném prostředí. Jako zásadní bariéry byly identifikovány technologické limity, zejména absence haptické odezvy a komunikační omezení virtuálního pacienta. Přestože jsou výsledky limitovány menším počtem informantů, poskytují vhled do problematiky VR ve vzdělávání nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků. This thesis focuses on students' perception of virtual reality during the teaching of nursing procedures. Virtual reality is a modern technology that is finding wider application in the field of education, including healthcare disciplines. It enables the creation of interactive and realistic simulation environments in which students can safely practice practical skills without putting patients at risk. The theoretical section defines the term "virtual reality," its types, and technical aspects. It further focuses on the use of virtual reality in the educational process and on various simulation methods in teaching nursing procedures. The aim of this study is to determine how students perceive virtual reality in the teaching of nursing procedures and to analyze the benefits of virtual reality in teaching nursing procedures from the students' perspective. Students from the General Nursing and Emergency Medical Services programs were selected for the research study. Five research questions were established in the practical section. The results of the study show that VR is perceived by students as an effective tool that serves to bridge the gap between theoretical training and clinical practice. The main benefit lies in the enhancement of cognitive skills, particularly in reinforcing nursing procedure algorithms and strict adherence to hygiene standards in a safe, controlled environment. Technological limitations, particularly the absence of haptic feedback and the communication limitations of the virtual patient, were identified as major barriers. Although the results are limited by the small number of respondents, they provide insight into the use of VR in the education of non-physician healthcare professionals.
