Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou managementu ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta podstupujícího automatickou laterální terapii (ALT). Jedná se o metodu, která je v praxi využívána spíše ojediněle a pro kterou dosud neexistuje ucelený návod ani standardizovaný doporučený postup ošetřovatelské péče. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat četnost využívání této metody ve fakultních nemocnicích a zároveň sumarizovat dostupné poznatky a zhodnotit úroveň znalostí zdravotnických pracovníků v oblasti ALT. K dosažení stanovených cílů a zpracování hypotéz byly využity metody kombinovaného výzkumu. Z práce jednoznačně vyplývá, že k automatické laterální terapii není dostatek studijních materiálních ani klinických dat. Je ale zjevné, že zdravotníci by o rozvíjení znalostí v této problematice měli zájem a vidí v ní přínos v rámci ošetřovatelské praxe. Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako stručný přehled ohledně využití metody a intervencí, které se s ní pojí. Na základě analýzy získaných dat a odborných zdrojů byl vytvořen diagram ošetřovatelské realizace ALT. Tento nástroj je určen zdravotníkům, kteří se s terapií laterálními náklony teprve seznamují, ale poslouží i jako praktická pomůcka v běžném provozu oddělení intenzivní péče. This diploma thesis addresses the issue of nursing care management for patients undergoing Continuous Lateral Rotation Therapy (CLRT). This method is used only sporadically in practice, and to date, there are no comprehensive guidelines or standardized recommended procedures for nursing care. The aim of this thesis was to map the frequency of use of this method in teaching hospitals, summarize available knowledge, and assess the level of knowledge among healthcare professionals regarding CLRT. Combined research methods were used to achieve the set objectives and test the hypotheses. The study clearly indicates that there is insufficient literature or clinical data on automatic lateral therapy. However, it is evident that healthcare professionals are interested in developing their knowledge in this area and see its value within nursing practice. This study could serve as a brief overview of the method's application and the interventions associated with it. Based on an analysis of the collected data and professional sources, a diagram of the nursing implementation of CLRT was created. This tool is intended for healthcare professionals who are just becoming familiar with lateral tilt therapy, but it will also serve as a practical aid in the day-to-day operations of an intensive care unit.
