Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou předsudků a stereotypů spojených s vnímáním práce v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež ve Středočeském kraji. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které vedou k podceňování této profese a jejímu vnímání jako neprofesionální. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a charakterizuje fungování nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím rozhovorů s pracovníky těchto zařízení. Výsledky ukazují, že negativní vnímání je způsobeno především nedostatkem informací a zjednodušenými představami veřejnosti o sociální práci. Práce zároveň navrhuje možnosti, jak zlepšit obraz nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež ve společnosti, zejména prostřednictvím větší informovanosti a spolupráce s dalšími institucemi. This bachelor's thesis examines the issue of prejudices and stereotypes associated with the perception of work in low-threshold facilities for children and youth in the Central Bohemian Region. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that lead to the underestimation of this profession and its perception as unprofessional. The theoretical section defines basic concepts and describes the functioning of low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The practical section is based on qualitative research conducted through interviews with staff members of these facilities. The results show that the negative perception is primarily caused by a lack of information and the public's simplified notions about social work. The study also proposes ways to improve the public image of low-threshold facilities for children and youth, particularly through greater public awareness and collaboration with other institutions.
