Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice sociální práce s obětmi trestných činů, která představuje vysoce specifickou a multidisciplinární oblast v rámci systému pomáhajících profesí. V současném českém kontextu není postavení sociálních pracovníků v tomto systému jednotně legislativně ani metodicky ukotveno, což často vede k nejasnostem v jejich kompetencích. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat a analyzovat způsoby, jakými sociální pracovníci přistupují k řešení psychosociálních, právních a praktických potřeb obětí. K dosažení tohoto cíle byla zvolena kvantitativní výzkumná strategie realizovaná prostřednictvím techniky dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumný soubor tvoří odborníci z intervenčních center, specializovaných neziskových organizací, Probační a mediační služba a Policie ČR. Práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci nejčastějších problému v praxi, hodnocení efektivity používaných nástrojů a analýzu vlivu mezioborové spolupráce na kvalitu služeb. Získané poznatky poukazují na významné bariéry, jako je personální poddimenzovanost a finanční nestabilita, ale zároveň potvrzují klíčový význam včasné krizové intervence pro eliminaci sekundární viktimizace. Vlastní přínos práce spočívá v komplexním pohledu na roli sociálního pracovníka napříč různými institucemi a v návrhu konkrétních doporučení pro zefektivnění systému pomoci. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako praktický podklad pro metodické úpravy a posílení postavení sociálních pracovníků v multidisciplinárních týmech, což je nezbytné pro zajištění komplexní péče o tuto zranitelnou skupinou obyvatel. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the role of social work with victims of crime, which represents a highly specific and multidisciplinary field within the system of helping professions. In the current Czech context, the position of social workers in this system is not uniformly anchored in terms of legislation or methodology, which often leads to ambiguity regarding their competencies. The main objective of the thesis is to map and analyze the ways in which social workers contribute to addressing the psychosocial, legal, and practical needs of victims. To achieve this goal, a quantitative research strategy was chosen, implemented through a questionnaire survey technique. The research sample consists of professionals from intervention centers, specialized non-profit organizations, the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic, and the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on identifying the most common problems in practice, evaluating the effectiveness of the tools used, and the influence of interdisciplinary cooperation on the quality of services. The findings highlight significant barriers such as understaffing and financial instability, while simultaneously confirming the crucial importance of early crisis intervention in eliminating secondary victimization. The original contribution of the thesis lies in providing a comprehensive view of the social worker's role across various institutions and proposing recommendations for streamlining the assistance system. The results can serve as a practical basis for methodological adjustments and strengthening the position of social workers in multidisciplinary teams, which is essential for ensuring comprehensive care for this vulnerable group.
