[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o dítě s poruchou kožní integrity z pohledu dětských sester pracujících na dětských odděleních. Prvním cílem práce je zmapovat znalost sester v identifikaci poruch kožní integrity u dětského pacienta. Druhým cílem je zmapovat edukaci rodičů dětí s poruchou kožní integrity. Teoretická část práce shrnuje poznatky o anatomii a fyziologii kůže, specifika dětské kůže, faktory ovlivňující její stav a vymezuje pojem poruchy kožní integrity. Dále se zaměřuje na nejčastější patologické stavy v dětském věku, jejich charakteristiku, etiologii a příznaky. Podstatnou součástí teoretické části je přehled hodnotících nástrojů, komplikací, terapie, role sestry v péči o dítě s poruchou kožní integrity, edukace a prevence těchto stavů. Praktická část poskytuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti dětskými sestrami pracujícími da dětských odděleních ve vybraných nemocnicích v Jihočeském kraji. Z analýzy získaných dat vyplývá, že dětské sestry při identifikaci poruch kožní integrity spoléhají především na vizuální posouzení a vlastní klinickou zkušenost, zatímco hodnotící škály jsou v praxi využívané jen zřídka. Edukace rodičů probíhá nejčastěji verbální a praktickou formou, avšak výzkum poukázal na nedostatečné využívání písemné formy a absenci sjednoceného postupu edukace. Výstupem práce je návrh edukačního materiálu pro rodiče, který shrnuje etiologii, příznaky, prevenci, rizikové faktory, léčbu a doporučení pro péči o plenkovou dermatitidu. Zjištěné poznatky mohou přispět k aktualizaci ošetřovatelských standardů, zejména v oblasti identifikace poruch kožní integrity a edukace rodičů, což může vést k sjednocení postupů dětských sester a ke zvýšení kvality poskytované péče. This bachelor's thesis deals with nursing care for a child with skin integrity disorder from the perspective of pediatric nurses working in pediatric wards. The first aim of the thesis is to map nurses' knowledge in the identification of skin integrity disorder in pediatric patients. The second aim is to map the education of parents of children with impaired skin integrity. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the skin, the specifics of children's skin, factors influencing its condition and defines the concept of skin integrity disorder. It also focuses on the most common pathological conditions in childhood, their characteristics, etiology and symptoms. An essential part of the theoretical section is an overview of assessment tools, complications, therapy, the role of the nurse in caring for a child with skin integrity disorder, as well as education and prevention of these conditions. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with ten pediatric nurses working in pediatric wards in selected hospitals in the South Bohemian Region. The analysis of the obtained data shows that pediatric nurses rely primarily on visual assessment and their own clinical experience when identifying impaired skin integrity, while assessment scales are used only rarely in practice. Parent education is most often carried out verbally and practically; however, the research pointed out the insufficient use of written materials and the absence of a standardized educational approach. The outcome of this study is a proposal for educational material for parents, that summarizing the etiology, symptoms, prevention, risk factors, treatment and recommendations for the care of diaper dermatitis. The findings may contribute to the updating of nursing standards, especially in the area of identifying skin integrity disorder and parent education, which may lead to the unification of pediatric nurses' practices and to an improvement in the quality of provided care.
