Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací žen v reprodukčním věku o problematice sexuálních dysfunkcích v České republice. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda ženy postrádají informace o této problematice, jaké formy edukace preferují, a zda věk či osobní zkušenost ovlivňují vnímání potřeby edukace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se věnuje ženské sexualitě, pojmu "ženský orgasmus", jeho fázím a typům, a ženským sexuálním dysfunkcím. Dále je zde popsána role porodní asistentky při prevenci a podpoře žen se sexuálními obtížemi. Výzkumná část analyzuje úroveň informovanosti žen a preference forem edukace. Výzkum probíhal formou anonymního polostrukturovaného dotazníku mezi ženami ve věku 18-49 let. Data byla statisticky vyhodnocena. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejčastější nedostatky byly obecné informace a nejistota ohledně dostupnosti odborné pomoci. Dominantní formou edukace jsou online zdroje, avšak osobní konzultace zůstávají důležité. Věk neovlivňuje preference online vzdělávání, zatímco osobní či zprostředkovaná zkušenost se sexuální dysfunkcí zvyšuje vnímání potřeby dostupných informací. Stanovené hypotézy se potvrdily, a to že mladší ženy častěji volí online zdroje, a ženy se zkušeností se sexuální dysfunkcí pociťují větší potřebu edukace. Výsledky zdůrazňují, že edukace žen o sexuálních dysfunkcích je stále nedostatečná a je nezbytné ji rozšířit. Bachelor's thesis focuses on the education of women of reproductive age regarding sexual dysfunctions in the Czech Republic. The aim of the study was to determine whether women lack information on this issue, which forms of education they prefer, and whether age or personal experience affects the perceived need for education. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical section addresses female sexuality, the concept of the "female orgasm," its phases and types, and female sexual dysfunctions. It also describes the role of midwives in preventing and supporting women with sexual difficulties. The research part analyzes women's level of knowledge and preferences for educational forms. The study was conducted using an anonymous semi-structured questionnaire among women aged 18-49. The data were statistically evaluated. Results indicate that the most common gaps were general information and uncertainty regarding the availability of professional help. The dominant form of education is online sources; however, personal consultations remain important. Age does not affect preferences for online education, whereas personal or vicarious experience with sexual dysfunction increases the perceived need for available information. The stated hypotheses were confirmed: younger women more frequently choose online sources, and women with experience of sexual dysfunction perceive a greater need for education. The results emphasize that education of women regarding sexual dysfunctions is still insufficient and needs to be expanded.
