Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem bolesti u pacientek gynekologicko-porodnického oddělení. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice bolesti, její klasifikaci a metodám hodnocení. Dále popisuje také farmakologické a nefarmakologické metody tlumení bolesti. Pro bakalářskou práci byly stanoveny dva cíle. Prvním cílem bylo zhodnotit management bolesti u pacientek porodnického oddělení. Druhým cílem pak bylo zhodnotit management bolesti u pacientek gynekologického pooperačního oddělení. Praktická část byla realizována formou dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnilo 113 respondentek rozdělených do tří skupin: žen po spontánním porodu, po porodu císařským řezem a žen po gynekologických operacích. Výsledky šetření ukazují na výrazné rozdíly v hodnocení poskytnutého managementu bolesti mezi těmito skupinami. Důležitým zjištěním práce je, že spokojenost pacientek je zásadně ovlivněna komunikací a empatií personálu. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro zlepšení kvality ošetřovatelské péče, managementu bolesti a edukace zdravotnického personálu. This bachelor's thesis deals with pain management in patients of a gynecological and obstetric department. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of pain, its classification, and methods of assessment, and further describes both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods of pain relief. Two objectives were established for this thesis. The first objective was to evaluate pain management in patients of the obstetric department. The second objective was to evaluate pain management in patients of the gynecological postoperative department. For the practical part, a questionnaire survey was conducted involving 113 respondents divided into three groups: women after spontaneous delivery, women after cesarean section, and women after gynecological surgeries. The results of the survey show significant differences in the evaluation of the provided pain management between these groups.A key finding of the thesis is that patient satisfaction is fundamentally influenced by the communication and empathy of the staff. The results of the work provide insight into the effectiveness of pain relief from the patients' perspective and may serve as a basis for improving the quality of nursing care, pain management, and the education of medical personnel in clinical practice.
