Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výchovných opatření ukládaných dětem a mladistvým v rámci systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. V teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy související s danou oblastí a analyzuje příslušný právní rámec, zejména zákon o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, občanský zákoník a zákon o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Dále se věnuje charakteristice jednotlivých typů výchovných opatření, jejich funkcím a faktorům ovlivňujícím jejich efektivitu v praxi. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejčastěji ukládaná výchovná opatření, posoudit jejich účinnost a odhalit bariéry spojené s jejich realizací. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na analýzu druhů ukládaných opatření, jejich přínosu v praxi, úrovně spolupráce mezi jednotlivými institucemi a faktorů ovlivňujících jejich úspěšnost. Empirická data byla získána prostřednictvím kvalitativního šetření realizovaného formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že mezi nejčastěji ukládaná opatření patří výchovná napomenutí a dohled nad výchovou dítěte. Zásadním faktorem ovlivňujícím jejich účinnost je spolupráce s rodinou a dalšími institucemi. Výzkum dále poukazuje na skutečnost, že efektivita výchovných opatření je často omezena nedostatečnou spoluprací rodiny, vysokou administrativní a časovou náročností práce a nedostatečnými kapacitami systému. Přesto jsou tato opatření vnímána jako významný nástroj prevence a podpory ohrožených dětí. This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of educational measures imposed on children and juveniles within the system of social and legal protection of children. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the topic and analyses the relevant legal framework, in particular the Act on Social and Legal Protection of Children, the Civil Code, and the Act on Juvenile Justice. It also describes the individual types of educational measures, their functions, and the factors influencing their effectiveness in practice. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most frequently imposed educational measures, assess their effectiveness, and identify barriers associated with their implementation. The research part focuses on the analysis of the types of imposed measures, their practical benefits, the level of cooperation between institutions, and the factors influencing their success. Empirical data were obtained through qualitative research conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with social workers from the child protection authorities. The research findings indicate that the most frequently imposed measures include educational reprimands and supervision over the upbringing of a child. A key factor influencing their effectiveness is cooperation with the family and other institutions. The findings further show that the effectiveness of these measures is often limited by insufficient family cooperation, high administrative and time demands, and a lack of system capacity. Nevertheless, these measures are perceived as an important tool for the prevention and support of at-risk children.
