Bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním moderních technologií v zásahové činnosti Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem moderní technologické prostředky ovlivňují průběh zásahové činnosti Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky, jeho postavení v systému integrovaného záchranného systému a na současné poznatky odborné literatury týkající se využívání moderních technologií v krizovém řízení a zásahové praxi. Výzkumná část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumném šetření realizovaném prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s příslušníky Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Získaná data byla analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování, na jejímž základě byly identifikovány hlavní tematické oblasti související s využíváním technologických prostředků při řešení mimořádných událostí. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že moderní technologie, jako jsou bezpilotní systémy, termokamery, detekční přístroje, geografické informační systémy nebo digitální komunikační platformy, představují významný nástroj podpory zásahové činnosti. Technologie napomáhají zejména k rychlejšímu získávání informací o průběhu mimořádných událostí, zlepšení situačního přehledu velitele zásahu a ke zvýšení bezpečnosti zasahujících jednotek. Současně však výzkumné šetření poukazuje na skutečnost, že přínos moderních technologií je podmíněn odbornou připraveností zasahujících, dostupností technického vybavení a schopností účelně integrovat technologické prostředky do systému operačního řízení zásahu. Práce tak přispívá k lepšímu pochopení role technologických inovací v systému krizového řízení a upozorňuje na význam kombinace technologického rozvoje s odbornou připraveností zasahujících jednotek. The bachelor thesis deals with the use of modern technologies in the intervention activities of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse how modern technological means influence the course of the intervention activities of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, its position in the integrated rescue system and on the current findings of the professional literature regarding the use of modern technologies in crisis management and intervention practice. The research part of the thesis is based on a qualitative research survey conducted through semi-structured interviews with members of the Czech Fire Service. The obtained data have been analysed using the open coding method, on the basis of which the main thematic areas related to the use of technological resources in dealing with emergencies have been identified. The research results have shown that modern technologies, such as unmanned systems, thermal cameras, detection devices, geographic information systems or digital communication platforms, represent an important tool for supporting intervention activities. Technologies contribute in particular to faster acquisition of information about the course of emergencies, improving the situational overview of the intervention commander and increasing the safety of the responding units. At the same time, however, the research points out that the benefit of modern technologies is conditioned by the professional preparedness of responders, the availability of technical equipment and the ability to effectively integrate technological resources into the operational management system of the intervention. The thesis thus contributes to a better understanding of the role of technological innovations in the crisis management system and points to the importance of combining technological development with the professional preparedness of responding units.
