Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou součinnosti Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky jako základních složek Integrovaného záchranného systému v Jihočeském kraji. Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit spolupráci těchto složek z pohledu zasahujících příslušníků a posoudit soulad reálné praxe s metodickými předpisy. Teoretická část vymezuje legislativní rámec Integrovaného záchranného systému a specifika typových činností pro dopravní nehody a nález nelegálních laboratoří. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním šetření formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 25 respondenty z řad obou sborů. Výsledky ukazují na vysokou míru vzájemného respektu k velitelské autoritě, a to i při záměně řídicí složky u zkoumaných scénářů. Práce identifikovala klíčové bariéry v podobě personálního deficitu hlídek policie pro regulaci dopravy a dojezdových časů specializovaných služeb. Vědecký přínos práce spočívá v detailním zmapování operativní adaptace metodických postupů v terénu Jihočeského kraje. Získané poznatky zdůrazňují potřebu posílení společných cvičení v oblasti CBRNE a optimalizaci součinnosti s externími partnery pro zvýšení akceschopnosti složek. This bachelor's thesis analyzes the cooperation between the Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as basic components of the Integrated Rescue System in the South Bohemian Region. The aim of the work was to evaluate the cooperation of these components from the perspective of responding officers and to assess the alignment of real practice with methodological regulations. The theoretical part defines the legislative framework of the Integrated rescue system and the specifics of standard operating procedures for traffic accidents and the discovery of illegal laboratories. The practical part is based on qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with 25 respondents from both services. The results indicate a high degree of mutual respect for commanding authority, even when the leading component changes across the studied scenarios. The thesis identified key barriers in the form of personnel shortages in police patrols for traffic regulation and the response times of specialized services. The scientific contribution of the work lies in the detailed mapping of the operational adaptation of methodological procedures in the field of the South Bohemian Region. The findings emphasize the need to strengthen joint exercises in the CBRNE area and optimize cooperation with external partners to increase the operational readiness of the components.
