Autor: Daniel Ryška Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s pertrochanterickou frakturou femuru Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhledání a shrnutí teoretických poznatků o pertrochanterických zlomeninách femuru a zpracování kazuistiky, která popisuje fyzioterapeutický postup při rehabilitaci geriatrického pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Metodickým základem teoretické části je sběr dat z aktuální odborné literatury věnující se zlomeninám proximálního femuru a možnostem jejich léčby. Speciální část vychází ze souvislé odborné praxe, která proběhla na Klinice revmatologie a rehabilitace 3. lékařské fakulty a Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice v období od 19.1. do 13.2. 2026 a prezentuje kazuistiku pacienta po osteosyntéze. Aplikované fyzioterapeutické metody zahrnovaly zejména nácvik vertikalizace, techniky měkkých tkání, postizometrickou relaxaci, agisticko-excentrický kontrakční postup a analytické posilování. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče vedla k prokazatelnému zlepšení stavu pacienta a úspěšnému splnění většiny cílů stanovených v krátkodobém rehabilitačním plánu. U pacienta bylo dosaženo snížení svalového hypertonu, zvětšení kloubního rozsahu, zvýšení svalové síly a vertikalizaci s nácvikem chůze ve vysokém chodítku. Klíčová slova:... Author: Daniel Ryška Supervisor: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a pertrochanteric femoral fracture Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to research and summarize theoretical knowledge on pertrochanteric femoral fractures and to develop a case study describing the physiotherapeutic procedure during the rehabilitation of a geriatric patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The methodological basis of the theoretical part is data collection from current scientific literature focusing on proximal femoral fractures and their treatment options. The practical part is based on continuous clinical practice, which took place at the Clinic of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine and Thomayer University Hospital in the period from January 19 to February 13, 2026, and presents a case study of a patient after osteosynthesis. The applied physiotherapeutic methods included mainly verticalization training, soft tissue techniques, post-isometric relaxation, the agonist- eccentric contraction technique, and analytical strengthening. Results: The applied physiotherapeutic care resulted in a significant improvement in the patient's condition, successfully fulfilling the majority of the goals set in the short-term rehabilitation...
