Tato diplomová práce řeší firemní vzdělávání ve společnosti 2N Telekomunikace. Cílem bylo analyzovat andragogickou podporu profesního rozvoje a identifikovat možné oblasti zlepšení. Vyhodnocení probíhalo na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s celkem sedmi respondenty, kteří jsou zaměstnanci dané společnosti. Výsledky ukazují, že celková podpora je ve firmě vnímána jako existující a funkční, avšak nerovnoměrně prožívaná. V závěru jsou formulována doporučení, díky kterým by celková andragogická podpora mohla být napříč firmou vnímána pozitivněji. This master's thesis addresses corporate training at 2N Telekomunikace. The aim was to analyse the andragogical support of professional development and to identify possible areas for improvement. The evaluation was conducted on the basis of semi structured interviews with a total of seven respondents who are employees of the company. The results indicate that the overall support is perceived within the company as existing and functional, although experienced unevenly. The conclusion formulates recommendations through which the overall andragogical support could be perceived more positively across the company.
