Diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem investiční gramotnosti žáků středních škol prostřednictvím prakticky orientovaného vzdělávacího projektu. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout, realizovat a vyhodnotit projekt School Street, který umožňuje žákům simulovat investování na virtuální cvičné burze, a rozvíjet tak své znalosti, dovednosti i postoje v oblasti financí. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem finanční a investiční gramotnosti, zasazuje téma do kontextu národní vzdělávací politiky a shrnuje doporučení relevantních výzkumů. Dále mapuje existující vzdělávací nástroje a identifikuje jejich limity, zejména nedostatek prakticky orientovaných nástrojů. Praktická část popisuje návrh a realizaci projektu s názvem School Street, jehož jádrem je simulační hra pracující s reálnými daty a zrychleným časem. Výzkum je koncipován jako smíšený a využívá kvantitativní i kvalitativní data získaná z dotazníků, dat ze žákovských virtuálních účtů v prostředí School Street a reflektivních nástrojů. Data byla analyzována s využitím triangulace. Výsledky ukazují, že projekt byl žáky vnímán jako smysluplná a praktická forma výuky, která podporuje jejich motivaci k investování. This thesis examines the development of investment literacy among high school students through a practice-oriented educational project. The aim of the thesis was to design, implement, and evaluate the School Street project, which allows students to simulate investing on a virtual stock exchange, thereby developing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the field of finance. The theoretical section of the thesis defines the concept of financial and investment literacy, situates the topic within the context of national education policy, and summarizes the recommendations of relevant research. It also surveys existing educational tools and identifies their limitations, particularly the lack of practice-oriented tools. The practical section describes the design and implementation of a project titled School Street, which centers on a simulation game that uses real-world data and accelerated time. The research is designed as a mixed-methods study and utilizes both quantitative and qualitative data obtained from questionnaires, data from students' virtual accounts in the School Street environment, and reflective tools.
