cze Abstract:
Teoretická část vymezuje pojem školy v přírodě, zážitkové a sociální učení a roli pedagoga v neformálním vzdělávacím prostředí. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how selected teaching methods and pedagogical strategies influence pupils' active engagement and support their social learning in a natural environment. The theoretical part defines the concept of school-in-nature programs, experiential and social learning, and the role of the teacher in non-formal educational settings. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research design and takes the form of a case study of a specific school-in-nature program. Data were collected through systematic observation of activities and semi-structured interviews with teachers involved in the organization and implementation of the program. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that experiential and inquiry-based activities significantly support cooperation, communication, and responsibility among pupils and enhance their intrinsic motivation. The role of the teacher shifts from a traditional instructional position to that of a guide and facilitator of social learning.
