Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití dramatické výchovy, konkrétně metodou dramatizace pohádky, jako nástroje pro systematický rozvoj sociálních dovedností dětí předškolního věku. Hlavním cílem je prozkoumat, jakým způsobem může cílená práce s příběhem podpořit kompetence v oblasti komunikace, kooperace a vzájemného respektu v prostředí mateřské školy. Teoretická část práce poskytuje terminologické vymezení dramatické výchovy, analyzuje její principy a metody, cíle a specifikuje roli pedagoga v tomto procesu a zároveň poukazuje je na důležitost hry v předškolním věku. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována potenciálu pohádky v kontextu prožitkového učení a jejímu vlivu na emocionální zrání dítěte. Praktická část je založena na realizaci a vyhodnocení pěti tematicky diferencovaných dramatických lekcí probíhajících v delším časovém horizontu. V rámci kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumného šetření bylo využito zúčastněné pozorování, polostrukturované rozhovory s učitelkami i ředitelkou školy a skupinová reflexe s dětmi, doplněná analýzou jejich kreativní tvorby. Výzkum se zaměřuje na autentické projevy dětí a jejich schopnost řešit konfliktní situace prostřednictvím vstupu do rolí. The bachelor thesis focuses on the utilization of drama education, specifically the method of dramatizing fairy tales, as a tool for the systematic development of social skills in preschool children. The main objective is to investigate how targeted work with a story can support competencies in communication, cooperation, and mutual respect within the kindergarten environment. The theoretical part provides a terminological definition of drama education, analyzes its principles and methods, and specifies the role of the teacher in this process. Special attention is paid to the potential of fairy tales in the context of experiential learning and their influence on the emotional maturation of the child. The practical section is based on the implementation and evaluation of five thematically differentiated drama lessons conducted over an extended period. As part of a qualitatively oriented research study, participant observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers and the school principal, and group reflection with children were utilized, supplemented by an analysis of their creative work.
