1 ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce se věnuje zkušenostem rodin pečujících o dítě s tělesným a kombinovaným postižením. Cílem je identifikovat hlavní problémy a obavy, kterým čelí rodiče při péči o tyto děti. Dalším cílem je zjistit, co pomáhá rodičům při zvládání této náročné životní situace. Teoretická část práce vymezuje klíčové pojmy v oblasti tělesného a kombinovaného postižení a následně se zaměřuje na specifika rodin pečujících o dítě s postižením. Empirická část práce předkládá vlastní výzkumné šetření kvalitativního charakteru. Hlavní metodou sběru dat jsou polostrukturované rozhovory s matkami i otci, doplněné o analýzu dokumentů. Data jsou zpracována formou vícečetné případové studie. Výsledky výzkumu zachycují pohled na zkušenosti čtyř rodin, které pečují o děti s tělesným a kombinovaným postižením. Hlavní zjištění ukazují, že každodenní zátěž rodin výrazně umocňují systémové bariéry, které odrážejí nedostatečné porozumění jejich potřebám. Rodiny se potýkají s nedostatkem odlehčovacích služeb, obtížemi při hledání vhodného předškolního zařízení, vysokou administrativní zátěží a dalšími překážkami, které významně ovlivňují jejich každodenní fungování. Důležitým zjištěním je také opožděná a nedostatečná informovanost rodičů o službách rané péče, což vedlo k pozdnímu zahájení této podpory a zvýšení... The thesis examines the experiences of families caring for a child with physical and multiple disabilities. The aim is to identify the main problems and concerns parents face when caring for children with physical and multiple disabilities, and to determine what helps parents cope with this challenging life situation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section defines key terms in the field of physical and multiple disabilities and then focuses on the specific characteristics of families caring for a child with a disability. The empirical part of the thesis presents original qualitative research. The main method of data collection was semi-structured interviews with mothers and fathers, supplemented by document analysis. The data were processed in the form of a multiple case study. The research results capture the experiences of four families caring for children with physical and multiple disabilities. The main findings indicate that the daily burden on families is significantly exacerbated by systemic barriers that reflect an insufficient understanding of their needs.
