Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku podpory nadaných žáků z perspektivy školních koordinátorů nadání na základních školách. Teoretická část vymezuje základní terminologii související s nadáním včetně vzdělávání nadaných žáků, jejich specifických charakteristik a metod identifikace. Dále popisuje systém podpory nadání v českém školním prostředí, roli krajských koordinátorů podpory nadání a největší důraz klade na školního koordinátora nadání, jeho legislativní ukotvení a kompetence. Závěr teoretické části je věnován vybraným mezinárodním přístupům a jejich komparaci s Českou republikou. Empirická část předkládá konkrétní výpovědi školních koordinátorek nadání a pohled odbornice, která se dlouhodobě věnuje podpoře nadaných. Cílem výzkumného šetření je popsat, jak školní koordinátoři nadání vnímají svou profesní roli, jaké konkrétní formy podpory nadaným žákům poskytují a jaké přínosy či překážky s výkonem této funkce spojují. Empirická část je zpracována kvalitativním přístupem s designem případové studie. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy pracovních listů nadaných žáků. Analýza dat byla provedena metodou doslovné transkripce, otevřeného kódování a kategorizace dat. Výsledky ukazují, že školní koordinátoři nadání zastávají významnou roli v podpoře rozvoje... This thesis focuses on the issue of supporting gifted students from the perspective of school giftedness coordinators at elementary schools. The theoretical section defines the basic terminology related to giftedness, including the education of gifted students, their specific characteristics, and methods of identification. It further describes the system of giftedness support in the Czech school environment, the role of regional giftedness support coordinators, and places the greatest emphasis on the school giftedness coordinator, their legislative framework, and competencies. The conclusion of the theoretical section is devoted to selected international approaches and their comparison with the Czech Republic. The empirical section presents specific statements from school giftedness coordinators and the perspective of an expert who has long been involved in supporting gifted students. The aim of the research is to describe how school giftedness coordinators perceive their professional role, what specific forms of support they provide to gifted students, and what benefits or obstacles they associate with performing this function.
