Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reimplantaci TEP pravého kolenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit efektivitu fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po reimplantaci totální endoprotézy (reTEP) kolenního kloubu. Teoretická část poskytuje základní poznatky z anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu. Zabývá se také problematikou osteoartrózy a specificky gonartrózy, její léčbou a na závěr problematikou totálních endoprotéz kolenního kloubu. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta zpracovanou během souvislé odborné praxe. Zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a výstupní kineziologický rozbor se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledky: Aplikovaná fyzioterapeutická péče vedla k celkovému zlepšení stavu pacienta. U pacienta došlo ke zvětšení rozsahu pohybu v operovaném kolenním kloubu, zvýšení svalové síly oslabených svalových skupin a k redukci otoku. Bylo dosaženo obnovení kloubní vůle, uvolnění měkkých tkání a nácviku chůze. Klíčová slova: kolenní kloub, totální endoprotéza, osteoartróza, gonartróza, fyzioterapie, kazuistika, rehabilitace Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee replacement of the right knee joint Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after reimplantation of a total knee replacement (TKR). The theoretical part provides basic knowledge of the anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics of the knee joint. It also deals with the issues of osteoarthrosis and specifically gonarthrosis, its treatment, and finally the issues of total knee replacements. The special part consists of a patient case study conducted during clinical placement. It includes the initial kinesiological analysis, the proposal of short- term and long-term therapeutic plans, the description of individual therapeutic units, and the final kinesiological analysis with the evaluation of the therapy effect. Results: The applied physiotherapeutic care led to an overall improvement of the patient's condition. The therapy resulted in increasing the range of motion in the operated knee joint, strengthening weakened muscle groups, and a reduction of swelling.
