Barbora Homonická Pyšková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po osteosyntéze fraktury distálního femuru Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je představení základních teoretických poznatků týkajících se problematiky fraktur distálního femuru a vypracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s tímto typem poškození. Metody: Teoretická část je zpracována na základě odborné literatury uvedené v seznamu použitých zdrojů. Shrnuje poznatky týkající se fraktur distálního femuru zejména z hlediska jejich vzniku, kineziologických a biomechanických souvislostí, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky, léčebných možností a následné rehabilitační péče. Speciální část byla vypracována na základě dat získaných v rámci klinické praxe na oddělení následné rehabilitační péče Fakultní Thomayerovy nemocnice, která probíhala v období od 19. 1. do 13. 2. 2026. Tato data sloužila jako podklad pro zpracování podrobné kazuistiky, která zahrnuje odběr anamnézy, vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická intervence vedla k zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky, což se projevilo zejména zvětšením rozsahu pohybu kolenního kloubu, zlepšením stereotypu chůze a zvýšením svalové síly. Barbora Homonická Pyšková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care of a Female Patient after Osteosynthesis of a Distal Femur Fracture Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present the basic theoretical knowledge related to distal femur fractures and to develop a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with this type of injury. Methods: The theoretical part is based on the professional literature listed in the references. It summarizes knowledge concerning distal femur fractures, particularly with regard to their etiology, kinesiological and biomechanical aspects, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment options, and subsequent rehabilitation care. The special part was developed on the basis of data obtained during clinical practice at the Department of Follow-up Rehabilitation Care of the Thomayer University Hospital, which took place from January 19, 2026, to February 13, 2026. These data served as the basis for a detailed case study including history taking, initial and final kinesiological examinations, and a description of the individual therapeutic sessions.
