Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ochranu zdraví a bezpečnosti ve školním prostředí, konkrétně v kontextu střední školy, kde jsou žáci vystaveni různým rizikům, jež mohou negativně ovlivnit jejich fyzické a psychické zdraví. Cílem práce je provést podrobnou analýzu vnímání bezpečnosti ze strany žáků, identifikovat existující problémy v oblasti ochrany zdraví a navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení bezpečnostního klimatu na škole. V teoretické části jsou nejprve definovány klíčové pojmy, jako je fyzická a psychická bezpečnost, a prozkoumány teoretické rámce týkající se školní bezpečnosti. Dále je diskutován význam ochrany zdraví a bezpečnosti ve školním prostředí z hlediska jak zákonných požadavků, tak i praktických přístupů, které školy mohou využívat k prevenci rizik. Součástí teoretické analýzy je i popis faktorů, které ovlivňují bezpečnostní klima školy, včetně školních pravidel, krizových plánů, vztahů mezi žáky a učiteli a preventivních opatření proti šikaně, kyberšikaně a stresu. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi žáky střední školy. Dotazník byl navržen tak, aby zjistil, jak žáci vnímají bezpečnostní opatření ve škole, zda mají dostatečné povědomí o krizových scénářích (např. evakuace, první pomoc), a jak se cítí psychicky... This diploma thesis focuses on health and safety in the school environment, specifically in the context of secondary schools, where students are exposed to various risks that can negatively affect their physical and mental health. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis of students' perceptions of safety, identify existing problems in the area of health protection, and propose specific measures to improve the safety climate at school. The theoretical part first defines key concepts such as physical and psychological safety, and explores theoretical frameworks related to school safety. The importance of health and safety in the school environment is further discussed in terms of both legal requirements and practical approaches that schools can use to prevent risks. The theoretical analysis also includes a description of factors that influence the school safety climate, including school rules, crisis plans, student-teacher relationships, and preventive measures against bullying, cyberbullying, and stress. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among secondary school students.
