Karolína Štumbauerová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou Plochá noha získaná (pes planus) Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce je kazuistické zdokumentování fyzioterapeutické péče o 81letou pacientku s diagnózou získané ploché nohy (pes planus). Metody: Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a speciální část. Teoretická část shrnuje kineziologii, patologii a možnosti terapeutické intervence u pacientů s diagnózou získané ploché nohy na základě principů EBM/EBP. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku vypracovanou v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu, s.r.o. Kineziologické vyšetření a následná terapie byly realizovány během 7 terapeutických jednotek zaměřených na analytické posilování, protahování zkrácených svalů, senzomotorickou stimulaci, PIR dle Lewita a využití dalších fyzioterapeutických technik. Výsledky: V průběhu terapie bylo zaznamenáno zlepšení v oblasti celkové dynamické stability, byla obnovena svalová síla oslabených svalových skupin a fyziologická délka zkrácených svalů. Hlavního cíle, kterým bylo odstranění bolesti v pravém hlezenním kloubu při prudkých došlapech, se nepodařilo dosáhnout. Karolína Štumbauerová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Acquired Flat Foot (Pes Planus) Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to document, through a case study, the physiotherapy care provided to an 81-year-old patient diagnosed with acquired flat foot (pes planus). Methods: The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part summarizes the kinesiology, pathology, and therapeutic intervention options for patients with a diagnosis of acquired flat foot based on EBM/EBP principles. The special part contains a case study written during continuous professional clinical practice at Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu, s.r.o. The kinesiological examination and subsequent therapy were performed during 7 therapeutic sessions focused on analytical strengthening, stretching of shortened muscles, sensorimotor stimulation, PIR according to Lewit, and the use of other physiotherapeutical techniques. Results: During the therapy, an improvement in overall dynamic stability was recorded, the muscle strength of weakened muscle groups was restored, and the physiological length of shortened muscles was achieved.
