1 ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi individualizace vzdělávání v mateřské škole s vyu- žitím teorie rozmanitých inteligencí Howarda Gardnera. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak lze tuto teorii využít při plánování vzdělávací nabídky tak, aby podporovala jedinečnost a po- třeby každého dítěte. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s individuali- zací. Dále pak legislativní ukotvení v českých kurikulárních dokumentech a význam pod- nětného prostředí pro pedagogickou praxi. Součástí teoretické části práce je také podrobný popis teorie rozmanitých inteligencí, která chápe schopnosti dětí jako rozmanitý soubor do- vedností. Praktická část práce je realizována formou akčního výzkumu ve vybrané mateřské škole. Sleduje, jak plánování vzdělávacích činností podle Gardnerovy teorie ovlivňuje mo- tivaci, zapojení a rozvoj různých oblastí inteligence dětí. Výzkumné šetření zahrnuje prů- běžné pozorování, reflexi pedagogických postupů i úpravy vzdělávací nabídky. Součástí praktické části práce jsou vytvořené metodické listy. Výsledky ukazují, že využití teorie rozmanitých inteligencí Howarda Gardnera může, za ur- čitých podmínek, účinně podporovat individualizaci a pedagogickou reflexi. Současně práce identifikuje limity i výzvy tohoto přístupu, zejména organizační náročnost, časovou zátěž,... 1 ABSTRACT This bachelor's thesis focuses on the possibilities of individualizing education in preschool settings using Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. The aim of the study is to analyze how this theory can be applied in planning educational activities to support the uniqueness and individual needs of each child. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts related to individualization, examines its legislative framework in Czech curricular documents, and highlights the importance of a stimulating environment for pedagogical practice. It also provides a detailed description of Gardner's theory, which views children's abilities as a diverse set of skills. The practical part of the thesis is conducted as an action research study in a selected pre- school. It investigates how planning educational activities based on Gardner's theory affects children's motivation, engagement, and the development of various areas of intelligence. The research includes ongoing observation, reflection on pedagogical practices, and ad- justments to the educational offer. Methodical sheets were also developed as part of the practical section.
