Autor: Linda Sněhotová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu s pooperační rozdílnou délkou dolních končetin. Práce se v teoretické části mimo jiné věnuje právě této problematice, speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacientky. Metody: Kazuistika byla zpracována na základě péče o pacientku na Lůžkovém oddělení následné rehabilitační péče Polikliniky Prosek. Zde byla odebrána anamnéza a provedeno vstupní kineziologické vyšetření na jehož výsledcích byl stanoven postup terapie. V terapii byly využívány zejména TMT, postizometrická relaxace a její modifikace a individuální LTV. V závěru terapie bylo provedeno výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, na jehož základě byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Výsledky: Výsledky ukazují na pozitivní efekt fyzioterapie, zejména ve zlepšení funkční mobility, snížení subjektivních obtíží a postupném návratu k běžným denním aktivitám. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA Totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu, koxartróza, terapie, rozdílná délka dolních končetin, rehabilitace Author: Linda Sněhotová Supervizor: MUDr. Andrea Švojgrová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Care of a Patient after Total Hip Arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to present a case study of a patient after total hip arthroplasty with postoperative leg length discrepancy. The theoretical part of the thesis, among other topics, addresses this issue, while the special part is focused on the case study of the patient. Methods: The case study was described based on physiotherapeutic care provided to the patient at the inpatient department of follow-up rehabilitation care at the Prosek Polyclinic. Anamnesis was taken and an initial kinesiological assessment was performed, on the basis of which the therapeutic plan was established. The therapy primarily included soft tissue techniques, post-isometric relaxation and its modifications, and individual therapeutic exercise. At the end of the therapy, a final kinesiological assessment was conducted to evaluate the effect of the treatment. Results: The results indicate a positive effect of physiotherapy, particularly in the improvement of functional mobility, reduction of subjective difficulties, and gradual return to activities of daily living.
